Scientific Computing Research Unit – SCRU
The UCT Scientific Computing Research Unit (SCRU) develops therapeutics and diagnostics for cancer and respiratory conditions using novel computation and analytics systems. They are driven by an ethos to take research from the computer board to the laboratory bench to the patient bedside. We were tasked with applying their brand vision in developing a logo and brand guide that captures the essence of their brand story.
Celebrating 20 Years of Change
c*change is a University of Cape Town Centre of Excellence in Catalysis Research, hosted by the Catalysis Institute in the Department of Chemical Engineering. Our team helped write and design their 20-year celebratory coffee table book, which highlighted their achievements in bringing together experts from various fields, such as social science, ecology, and engineering to conduct cutting-edge research.
Sustainable Banking and Finance Network
We partnered with the Sustainable Banking and Finance Network (SBFN) to layout their 2021 Global Progress Report, titled Accelerating Sustainable Finance Together. The network comprises 43 countries applying their research in benchmarking national sustainable finance initiatives globally. They use a robust measurement framework in forming and communicating their findings.
The Fashion Pact Report
The Fashion Pact is a global coalition of fashion brands that are committed to reducing the industry’s impact on the environment. They approached us to design and layout their Guide to Inform Packaging Choices in the Fashion Industry in a professional and visually appealing way.
Women's Economic Empowerment in East Africa – IDRC
We worked with the International Development Research Centre to create a reports that would professionally showcase their research, highlighting the importance of gender-responsive procurement policies in East Africa.
World Bank 30 by 30 Zero
We partnered with the 30 by 30 zero programme, which guides the banking sector in ways to increase climate-related lending to 30 percent with zero or near-zero coal exposure by 2030. Their goal is for the financial sector to scale up private sector financing for climate action.
Bertha Centre – 10-Year Retrospective
The Bertha Centre for Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship, a specialised facility at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business, partnered with us to celebrate their 20th anniversary by creating a retrospective report embodying the vibrant spirit and positivity that has defined their successes to date.
