The 30 by 30 zero programme guides the banking sector to increase climate-related lending to 30 percent with zero or near-zero coal exposure by 2030. Their goal is for the financial sector to scale up private sector financing for climate action.

Brand Development

As part of this project, we were first tasked with designing a logo and colour theme for this initiative. The inspiration behind this logo was to match the colours of their governing body, the World Bank Group. We used round corners on the lettering to give a soft, friendly look. The incomplete circles on the “0” in “30 by 30” links to the fact that the goal of sustainability is not yet complete, but that as a society we are making progress.
