JOB DESCRIPTION

To support the line manager in successfully implementing client strategies

MAIN OUTPUTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:

Content Generation and Distribution

  • Support the line manager to generate high quality content for all media channels, including social media.
  • Support the line manager to effectively distribute content across all media channels, including social media and PR.

External and Internal Reporting

  • Assist in setting up internal and external reporting templates.
  • Support line manager in producing internal reports
  • Assist line manager in developing external reports.
  • Regular communication and updates with line manager.

Internal Relationship Management and Collaboration

  • Regular communication with PR and Design departments regarding implementation.

Administration

  • Support the content manager with follow-ups in order to meet deadlines.
  • Utilising the Project Bubble system.

Formal Education

  • Currently studying towards a relevant tertiary degree or diploma qualification in Marketing; Project Management; PR; Communications; English; Journalism; Media Studies.

Experience

  • Any form of work experience.

Knowledge

  • Some knowledge of related industries such as Marketing, Advertising, Media, PR and Digital.
